Lysistrata, Love’s Labor’s Lost… what is the difference?

We haven't learnt to shave the brain
Tho results I suppose are just the same--
The incel cries out for some aid
In fearsome gestures that she's made
For vinegar turns down the wine
(That which in truth is not so fine)
There's nobility in abstinence 
But boycotts win in recompense
In dollars dear, and never in cents.
