So few remember Katrina as it was
All looters recall, as lawlessness does
Then let loose there the terrors of war
A modicum of force could make no more;
Ah, Thus two decades pass; no less
And show the newest notion of mess:
For safety's sake no saving mayhaps--?
Not looters but helpers in irons he claps
"Let not go to waste such a nice collapse!"
