The Futurists, when they came to raze 
And ruin everything to no-one's praise
Because such things were but passè --
Slow, you see; along the way
The mental patients would be freed
So they could destroy in wanton greed
Since 1950 such were, in the USA
"deinstitutionalized" to help they say
But it went quite the other way.
