Once a dish of Italy, 
Or so I'm told, and truthfully
An Ital'an way to fix a thing
It seems to be, but yet to bring
Chicago, New York or St. Louis
Into the question? Thus you see
Not a fare for kings or lords,
Cheap bread and cheese and sauce in hoards--
(but) the best my paltry sum affords.
